Local Quake is a skill that can be learned by the Geomancer job. A Geomancer standing on either the Stone, Outcropping, or Basalt terrain tile will use Tremor to deal Earth-elemental damage with a chance of inflicting Confuse to any enemy units within five squares. It costs 150 JP to learn.
